Items delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unused items in original sealed packaging within 7 days.
⏱️ Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
🚫 Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Perishable goods (food, groceries)
- Personal care & hygiene products (once opened)
- Digital products and gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us — Contact our customer support via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form within 7 days of delivery.
- Share Order Details — Provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos of the item/packaging if the item is damaged or defective.
- Approval & Pickup — Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no extra charge (for eligible returns).
- Inspection — The returned item will be inspected at our warehouse within 2–3 business days of receipt.
- Refund or Replacement — On approval, you will receive a refund or a replacement as per your preference.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our inspection. Refund timelines:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bKash / Nagad / bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
- Online payment orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation SMS/email once the refund has been processed.
